My Valentines went so well with couple of surprises, since hubby is working today he invited me and my mother in law and of course my little girl for a dinner last night as a Valentines date.
We went to olive garden(Italian restaurant)for our dinner it's quite busy but it's worth waiting especially when you spend the moment with your special someone.
Not knowing that when we are on our way to the restaurant coz we are suppose to meet hubby there from his work he stop by somewhere to get some flowers and boxes of chocolates for me and drop it at home before he went to the restaurant.
This is what I saw on the kitchen table when I got home from dinner, I was so surprised and giggling at the same time yay! I got flowers. So we start giving out our gifts and cards that night then.
Silly me! I give you my heart lol
This is what I got for hubby a HUGE box of chocolates with the sexy cover I thought it's funny and my mother in law help me to pick that out, and I gave him a polar bear stuff toy that says "I Love You" on it and a card of course.
I also made a no crust strawberry pie for everybody in the house as a dessert
That was an awesome night indeed celebrating my valentines together with the people I love.
HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
How did you celebrate your Valentines? please share!
Well, Mommy and I didn't celebrate the said event like we did since we had already our Little Matt. yesterday, we just attended one of my friend's wedding.

ReplyDeleteThat's a really big box of chocolate..really lovely to be able to celebrate Valentines day with your family. It was another normal day for us.. not worth going out and pay extra for dinner.
ReplyDeleteThat's so huge. Your hubby is the sweetest, hehe... We celebrate the hearts day at home. And prior to having dinner with the whole family, we have attended a wedding. Nothing beats spending occasions with our family right?

So sweet of your hubby to surprise you with flowers like that. I must say that Strawberry cake you prepared looks delicious! Hubby and I didn't spend Valentine's day alone either coz he had to work too. But we did go out with our three kids the next day. :)

We went plant shopping! And I think it's awesome because we were able to bring home flowering plants which I now love to see everyday here in our tiny backyard. It's really a stress reliever. I love going out in our backyard to water them. Nice chocolate, funny and sweet at the same time. Hihi! :-)
