Homemade pizza

Thank GOD its Friday it means can sleep in tomorrow except to those who works on Saturdays. Since it's Friday, in our house it's pizza day hubby always want to have pizza for dinner sometimes on Friday. So I'm going to make pizza from scratch normally we just order pizza online or bought a ready made pizza crust in the store and I just fix my favorite toppings and bake it, but today I'm going to make my own crust for the very first time we'll see how it turns out.

" PIZZA"

Ingredients

For the crust:
  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon yeast
  5. 3/4 cup water
For the toppings:
  1. onions
  2. black olives
  3. green bell pepper
  4. jalapeno (hot pepper)
  5. banana peppers
  6. shredded mozzarella cheese
  7. pizza sauce (store bought)
METHOD:
  1. Sift the dry ingredients in a bowl and add water. Knead well on the floured surface until its soft. Leave it in a buttered bowl, covered in a warm place to rise and double in size.
  2. Lightly oil the pizza tin. Flatten it in a large size pizza tin then put the sauce first then the mozzarella cheese and add the vegetables on top of the cheese.
  3. Bake it in a pre heated oven in 400 degree for 23 minutes.
NOTES:
  1. Make the dough ahead of time because it takes couple hours to rise up.
  2. Covered the bowl with the dough in it with either aluminum foil or plastic wrap set it aside in room temperature.
  3. always buttered the pizza tin before putting the dough on it to prevent from sticking when its cooked.
  4. If there is no butter cooking spray work just fine.
Use rolling pin to flatten the dough and place it on the pizza tin, spread the sauce on top and sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce then the veggies.
Ready to pop in the oven
The good thing about home made is you can put anything you like on your pizza base on what's available in your pantry and your fridge.
This is for me and Carly without hot peppers and I add turkey deli meat on it.

And the verdict is yummylicious this is my third slice.
This is for hubby with hot stuff on it, he loves spicy food.

Two more left, that's how good it is he-he. The crust really turns out pretty good so from now on I will make my own pizza. Besides its cheaper  you can make it even healthier and super yummy just add on your favorite meat and veggies and more cheese.
To all pizza lover I recommend to try it at home because it's really good and it's very fast and easy to make.
That's it for today guys have a happy weekend!

Gift Wrapping Tutorial Design #2

This week I will share to you another gift wrapping design, I'll just put design #2 since this is my second one so far.
This present I wrapped for my friend's grandkid's birthday she requested to wrap it nicely because she wants it to be special and pretty looking on her special day. So lets get started.

THINGS YOU NEED:
  1. Clear tape
  2. Scissor
  3. Tape measure
  4. Ribbon (white, 1 or 3/4 inch width  in size)
  5. Bow ( color of your choice)
Take the white ribbon and cut about 25 centimeter long and cut it into three parts.
Take one piece and fold it in half and cut it into six straight lines.
The best way to divide it into six is to cut the center first then cut each side into three.
You will need 100 centimeters of ribbon or more for this design but it varies on how long is the present.
Take a piece of the cut one and fold it in opposite way, it helps to make the design stand out and prettier.
connect both ends by taping it together.
Repeat until you finish all 100 centimeters. It's 12 pieces altogether.
This design applies when your present is long or you put it in a rectangular box.
Take each piece and tape it on the center of the box that been wrapped in long way same direction as the box. Just place it on top of each other, six pieces on each side.
Make sure to leave a space on the center for the bow.
Place your beautiful bow on the center.
 Quick, simple, easy and pretty.
I hope that I explain it very well for you guys to follow, this is another easiest and simplest design again that I can share to all of you.I'm sure you can do it at home also just be patient to do all the cutting and measuring. I know It's not going to be perfect for the first try and many mistakes are expected especially the cutting part but that's okay keep on trying until you get it.

When you practice now you will be good at it when Christmas time come because that is the time that we will be wrapping a lot of gifts right? So why not start today! Go grab the things that you need and start wrapping with an empty box that's how I started when the first time I was still learning and after I wrap it I display it in my room so that I can see my beautiful creation everyday.

Gift Wrapping Tutorial Design #1

This is going to be my first gift wrapping tutorial, so to those who love wrapping a presents for special occasions I will share to you some of my gift wrapping skills that I've learned over the years.

Things you need:
  1. Clear tape
  2. Tape measure
  3. Scissor
  4. Ribbons ( 1 inch size)
  5. Bows
  6. Wrapping paper (and the presents that you are going to wrap

Today I will show you the most simplest design. For the bow you can buy any bows  in the store that already made, color of your choice and you can buy also the ribbons that match with your bow color. It is not necessarily that the ribbon and the bow are in the same color you can choose and try any other colors as long as they go well together.

The very first step is to put your presents in the box and wrap it with the gift wrapper of your choice. Take the ribbon and place it lengthwise and crosswise on the center of the wrapped box
TIPS:

  1. Used box such as(shoe box, cardboard box, any type of box depends the size of your presents) is perfect for reusing it.
  2. The opening always face up, tape it before wrapping the box.
  3. Use tape measure to measure the box, make sure your bow is on the center and not crooked.

Cut the ribbon into half about 50 centimeter long
to make a curls. Using the scissor just slide it through like the picture above.
stick the curls in each angle using the tape
Put the bow on the center
This is what it looks like afterwards. Very easy doesn't it?

See you again next time for more exciting tutorial.
Have a great day ahead!
